If QX Trading Pro gets something wrong, we want to fix the page readers actually see—not hide the mistake in a quiet edit with no note when the change is material.
What counts
- Factual errors (wrong fee, wrong button name, outdated rule).
- Broken or misleading internal links.
- Missing risk context that makes a step sound safer than it is.
Differences of trading opinion (for example which moving average you prefer) are not automatic corrections.
How to tell us
Use contact. Include the article URL, a quote of the line, and a source. We may ask a follow-up question.
What we do
- We verify the claim against a primary source when we can.
- We edit the live article. The updated date on the page changes.
- For a serious error (for example a statement that could cause someone to misunderstand a withdrawal rule), we add a short note in the article or here if many URLs were affected.
We do not pay for tips. We do not guarantee a timeline, but we treat money-related inaccuracies as higher priority than typos.
Authors inside the CMS submit a revision; public readers use the contact form.
