This policy describes how QX Trading Pro handles information on this website. It is written for readers, authors, and anyone who submits a comment or contact form.
Information we collect
- Account data if you register as an author: name, email, password hash, and profile fields you choose to add.
- Comments you submit on articles (name, email, message). Comments are moderated and may be published without your email.
- Messages sent through the contact form.
- Technical data such as IP address (stored as a one-way hash for abuse control), browser user agent, and pages you request.
We do not ask for trading-account passwords, ID documents, or payment card numbers. Do not send them to us.
How we use it
- To operate the blog, author tools, and moderation.
- To answer contact messages and fix article errors.
- To keep the site secure and limit spam.
We do not sell personal information. We may share data if required by law, or with a hosting provider that stores this site (for example the company that runs our web server and database).
Cookies
Signed-in users get a session cookie. See the cookie policy page for details.
Retention
Author accounts and published comments stay until you ask us to remove what we can reasonably delete. Server logs and hashed IPs used for rate limits are kept only as long as needed for security.
